About Ivona
Ivona Salopek is a Registered Nurse, clinical trainer and cosmetic injector with more than a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine. Her approach is calm, considered and grounded in the belief that treatments should enhance rather than alter, with patient safety, integrity and long-term outcomes guiding every clinical decision.
Throughout her career, Ivona has owned and operated a successful cosmetic clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and worked with a range of leading pharmaceutical and aesthetic companies. This has given her extensive knowledge across different product portfolios, treatment approaches and clinical settings, together with a well-rounded understanding of the industry beyond any single brand or methodology.
Her clinical knowledge has been further developed through international conferences, advanced anatomy programs and multiple cadaver dissection courses. She brings this experience into her teaching in a practical and accessible way, with a strong focus on facial anatomy, patient assessment, consultation, treatment planning and sound clinical judgement.
Ivona understands that confidence is not developed through theory or a single training session alone. Her education incorporates hands-on learning, clinical observation and shadowing, case discussion and continued guidance, allowing practitioners to strengthen their skills at a pace appropriate to their experience.
Whether supporting someone entering aesthetics or helping an experienced practitioner refine their approach, Ivona's aim is to provide thoughtful, relevant education that practitioners can carry confidently into their own clinical practice.
