Oxana A. Vollenweider holds a Nursing Degree from Laguardia Community College and a Master Degree in Business from Husson University; additionally, Ms. Vollenweider (affectionally referred to by her students as Ms.B) has been a licensed Esthetician sinse February 1995, a NY licensed Esthetic Teacher since 2000, and a NY licensed Permanent Makeup Artist since 2014.
After compleating the Health Information Management Program from the University of Maine, and the 750-hour Aesthetic (skin care) licensure fro Maine State Academy, Ms. B resided in Maine where she owned and operated her own skin care business from 1995 to 2000. After closing her business, Ms. B moved to New York City to continue her career in Esthetics working for such lauded companies as Lancôme, Christian Dior, Calvin Klein. Ms. B also offered her services at esteemed establishments, such as Manhattan's Acqua Beauty Bar Spa, before becoming Director of Spa 88 and later Director of Ayanna MediSpa in Plainview, Long Island.
Ms.B's passion for learning led her to become a beloved advisor and Esthetics educator. In 2000, she began teaching at the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics, Manhattan, NY. In 2001, she transferred her teaching skills to the Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics. While working full time at Atelier, including nights and weekends, Ms.B completed her RN degree, which she considers her greatest victory and a proud achievment.
In keeping with her voracious appetite for learning, Ms.B rounded out her education in permanent and Corrective Makeup from internationally recognized programs offered by BioTouch, Beau Institute of Permanent and Corrective Cosmetics in NJ, and most recently from Long-Time-Liner in Munich, Germany.
